We use pure date nectar (extracted from 100% date fruit without added sugars) to naturally sweeten and bind the nut butters and other ingredients in Grmpy Protein bars together. Packed with minerals and loaded with antioxidants, date nectar is also low on glycemic index (GI). This means that it causes a lower and slower rise in blood sugar levels and may help you to stay fuller for longer.

How long does Grmpy Protein bar last? Do they need to be refrigerated?
Grmpy Protein Bars are best enjoyed within 2 months of production date, which comes stamped in every order. Refrigeration is not necessary, but doing so will extend the best by date to 2.5 months.
